Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours of order confirmation by the customer and are usually delivered within the time frame stated on each product’s page. Open deliveries of parcels are not allowed. Customers can only open and inspect the product after paying the total amount and receiving the product from the delivery personnel usually in 7 to 12 days.

Privacy & Security

golfcare.in is committed to protecting and managing the personal information you share with us, and we understand the importance of doing so. The phrase “personal information” means any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, etc. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you that any personal information we gather from you, such as your phone number and email address, will never be shared with a third party and will only be used to send you order updates, offers, and promotional SMS/emails. You may opt out by simply emailing us at golfcarerr@gmail.com.

By accepting the Terms of Use, you consent to receive news, updates, offers, and campaign-related communications via SMS to the mobile phone number you provide. By accessing and using the Platforms or verifying your contact number with us, you explicitly consent to receive such communications (via SMS, email, or other digital and electronic means) from us , even if your contact number is registered under the DND/NCPR list under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018.

Please be aware that we may periodically update the Terms of Use governing your use of the Platforms. Before using our Platforms, please review these Terms of Use to ensure that you are familiar with the current terms and conditions. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to modify the format and content of the Platforms, or suspend their operation for maintenance, updates, or other reasons, at any time.

Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Products may only be returned or replaced if they are eligible as per the information given below each product’s page. Return & exchange facility can only be availed within 96 hours of the goods being delivered to the shipping location. golfcare.in will not be liable for any errors after the 96-hour period is exhausted. 

Return pickup can be only arranged for pin codes covered by our return courier partners. Once your return is received at our fulfilment centre, you will receive a replacement against the returned product or a full refund in the form of store credit or a gift card, which can be redeemed during a future purchase at golfcare.in. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is self-returned by the customer.

Please follow these directions to replace the product using our pickup service:

  • Go to ‘My Account Section of the website and select the return or replace option for your current order if you are an existing customer.
  • Fill in the necessary details and wait for Golfcare to provide additional information.
  • In case you have a guest account. Kindly contact our customer service team to arrange a manual pickup by writing an email to golfcarerr@gmail.com. Customer service will arrange a pickup after the request is received.
  • If our return pickup courier partner does not cover your pin code, you need to self-return the product back to our warehouse by your preferred courier.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories that came with the product. The product and its packaging should be in resaleable and brand-new condition.
  • Once the goods reach our fulfilment centre and pass our quality check, a refund or replacement will be issued.
  • The transit time for the returned package to reach our fulfilment centre is generally 8-10 business days. After the return is received, replaced product is shipped instantly to the customer or a refund may be initiated as per policy.

Orders are only eligible for cancellation if the cancellation request is received before the shipping of goods. A cancellation request can be made by selecting the same in the “My Account” section of the customer dashboard. Once a request for cancellation is received, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method in case of pre-paid orders. Also, a replacement can only be availed once per order if the above conditions are met. Multiple replacement requests for the same order will not be entertained.

NOTE: Returns/Replacement/Exchange is not applicable for custom/special orders, products customised according to customer’s requirements and products sold at a special price (over and above the website price).

Additional Terms for the Delivery

Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery times. Please be aware that deliveries to certain locations may experience delays beyond our control, such as accessibility issues or serviceability constraints by the logistics service provider.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to:

  • 1. Bad weather.
  • 2. Transportation delays.
  • 3. Natural calamities.
  • 4. Political disruptions.
  • 5. Challenges related to the logistics service provider.
  • 6. Product lost in transit.
  • 7. Regional or national holidays, which are considered delivery holidays.
  • 8. Other unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of the logistics service provider.

If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us, and we will take steps to track your package. In such cases, we may also try to proactively contact you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Damaged/Defective Product Policy

All products are guaranteed to be shipped in new condition (except used golf balls). If a good arrives damaged due to Golfcare’s or its courier partner’s negligence, it can be replaced with a new, undamaged product. If clearly the outer packaging of the received shipment is damaged, it needs to be mentioned on the courier POD with the remark “Damaged”, otherwise no claims for exchange will be entertained. All other issues have to be raised to Customer Care. Please contact the customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/defective product. Sufficient images, videos and proofs (including the image of the address label) need to be provided in case the outer packaging is damaged. The complete damaged product, including all parts and packaging, must be returned. Please note that the replacement goods will only be sent after Golfcare receives the damaged product.

Product Warranty

Certain products sold by Golfcare carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Specific warranty information is provided on individual product pages. Please consult the manufacturer’s website if additional warranty information is needed.

Should you have a problem with any item covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, we will do our best to assist you. Due to restrictions on accepting warranty returns, please call 7479769111 or email golfcarerr@gmail.com before returning any merchandise by mail for warranty consideration. Warranty claims are subject to the sole discretion of the product manufacturer/distributor, and Golfcare can only assist in such cases. Golfcare does not provide pick-up and delivery service for Warranty Claims.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payments made using major credit cards/debit cards, E-wallets, Netbanking, UPI etc. Customers can also opt to pay Cash on Delivery for all orders up to Rs. 99,999 Only. Promotions and New products will be available from time to time on our website; you will also be notified via email if you registered with our Newsletter.

Viewing Orders

You can view your current orders and your history under My Account. Here you have access to all of your recent orders, account information, address book and more. You can click on each individual order to view the details and even click on “reorder” to quickly checkout with the previously purchased items.

Updating Account Information

Within My Account, you may update your personal information by clicking on the corresponding “edit” link under each module.

Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions

We are happy to introduce our Rewards Programme for our esteemed customers. Below mentioned are the Terms & Conditions for the program.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. ELIGIBILITY :
  • The golfcare.in Rewards Programme is open to all Registered Customers of golfcare.in.
  • Any & Everybody is eligible to register on golfcare.in.
  1. THE REWARDS PROGRAMME :
  • 1 Point = 1 Rupee
  • Reward point expiry will follow a Rolling Expiry system with a Reward point’s validity period of 180 days from the day points have been awarded. If the Reward points earned are not redeemed within the 180-day period, the same will expire at the end of the 45th day. 
  • Reward points will only be offered for purchases made through a registered account.
  • Reward points will not be offered on taxes.
  • Cancelled or returned orders will not accrue Reward points.
  • A Customer cannot transfer Reward points to another customer.
  1. REDEMPTION :
  • Reward points can be redeemed against all orders except special orders. Up to 50% of the order value can be paid using Reward points. Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or used to obtain cash advances.
  • Reward points cannot be redeemed on Special/Custom Orders. golfcare.in holds the right to cancel custom orders where reward points have been redeemed.

Cashback Reward

*The cashback will be in the form of Golfcare money, which can be redeemed with your next transaction/ shopping with us. Golfcare reward points earned as cashback on golfcare.in can only be redeemed when you buy them from our online shop.

Price Match Terms and Conditions

  1. If you are planning on purchasing a product and find a price lower than that offered by golfcare.in, let us know before making your purchase, and we will try matching the price. All price match requests will only be considered if you make a purchase from us. We will not respond to questions after a product has been purchased.
  2. We will match the price of our competitors based on product price, payment terms and delivery (total shopping cart costs, which include delivery to your door.
  3. Our price matching policy does not extend to the following: Gifts with purchases, or reward point discounts.
  4. The competitor’s product must match golfcare.in’s product exactly. The competitor’s product must be Authentic, Made by the same manufacturer, Procured from an approved distributor/company, and Shipped from the same country of origin, new (not close to, or past its used-by date), the same size, quantity, colour, and brand.
  5. A publically advertised price.
  6. The competitor must only deal in Indian currency.
  7. The policy applies to the competitor’s final price including GST, taxes, fees, delivery and other fees or charges.
  8. The competitor’s product must be in stock at the time of the price comparison.
  9. Approved price matches do not automatically apply to future transactions with golfcare.in
  10. golfcare.in expressly reserves the right to refrain from price matching where this would result in a sale below cost price. All price matches are at our sole discretion, and we are the final decision-makers.
  11. Not available to Wholesalers, Resellers, Retailers, Bulk Buyers and Institutional Buyers.
  12. golfcare.in reserves the right to limit the number of products available for price-matching at its discretion.
  13. Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer or pricing adjustment and is limited to a maximum of 3 transactions per household per calendar year.
  14. golfcare.in reserves the right to terminate the Price Match Guarantee and/or modify the policy terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Void where prohibited by law.
